Job Description

To assist day to day overall company activities such as filing, records and etc.

Responsible to assist in Accounts, HR, admin, purchasing, quotation, claims, payment to supplier, sub-con, workers, staff, director, Audit, customers outstanding payment, bomba submission and others.

Assist in renewal certificates such as Bomba Certificates, Niosh TNB, MOF, MPKJ License and etc.

Customers Q&A, follow up of the goods to ensure that the goods are in good condition & sufficient.

Liaise with government bodies for certification such as KWSP, PERKSEO, PKK, CIDB, TNB and others.

To update all job reference, company profiles and all types of documentation in softcopy and hardcopy.

To complete assignable tasks from time to time as and when assigned by the superior.
