Sales Marketing Responsibilities

• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English and Malay​
   

• Candidates with good photo/design skill will be an added advantage.

• Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers (essential)

• Follow up order and run marketing campaign

• Knowledge of e-commerce is highly advantageous

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise

• Takes responsibility for solving problems

• Accountable and responsible

• Communicates effectively and openly

• Continually looks for efficiency gains, shares best practice and suggests process improvements
